Rod began his career in Kansas City as a young Sassoon-trained stylist who relocated to the city from Los Angeles. Within an unprecedentedly short time span of just six months of the start of his career here, Rod had a full clientele and huge waitlist. His first salon was known as Blondie's and was unlike any salon the city had ever experienced. Rod traveled all over the world to perfect his technical expertise and was the stylist select for numerous celebrities visiting our city. Rod was proud of the fact that ROCA Salon & Spa has been awarded as one of Kansas City's top 20 businesses to work for! His ultimate goal was to always ensure the company continues to deliver world-class customer experience. Rod will be greatly missed by his family, clients, co-workers, and friends.
